01 FREE Consultation: Understanding Needs and Aspirations
During the client consultation stage, our interior designer meets you to gather essential information and understand your unique needs and aspirations for the space. This stage sets the foundation for the project, allowing us to create a tailored design plan that reflects your style, preferences, and functional requirements. Also understanding the budget constrain is crucial during in stage.
02 Concept development
In this stage, a rough costing is provide as an initial estimate of the project's budget. Once we commence working on your project, an advance payment of 10% of the total cost is required. Our designer takes your input and creates a design scheme, color palette, and material selections, allowing you to visualize the overall concept for your space. This stage serves as the foundation for the detailed design phase, setting the stage for the next steps in the process.
03 Detailed planning, final costing & execution
In this stage, after the client approves the concept, our team finalizes the costing. Upon your approval, we proceed to create detailed plans and drawings. We carefully select furnishings and finishes, and effectively coordinate with site supervisors and vendors to initiate the project execution.
04 Implementation & Handover
In this stage, the planned interior design comes to life. Our team oversees the project's execution, ensuring adherence to specifications. We coordinate with various departments for timely delivery and installation of materials, furnishings, and fixtures. Quality control maintains standards, and a final inspection ensures all details are in place. We then hand over the completed space to the client, with a final walkthrough to ensure customer satisfaction.
